If we talk about the Warranty then consider the important points below : 

Limited Time Warranty: Limited-Time Warranty referred to as a customer can claim the warranty within a specific time frame If any problem occurs after the installation of the tires and if tires get any manufacturing defects due to the raw material or any process used in manufacturing then it covers in Limited Time Warranty Period.

Life Time Warranty: Life Time Warranty (as per the manufacturer policy against warranty) referred as a customer can claim the warranty till the life (warranty) of the tires If any problem occurs after the installation of the tires and if the tires get any manufacturing defects due to the raw material or any process used in manufacturing then it covers in Life-Time Warranty Period.

  • DRIFT TYRES (Tyresonlinestore.com) is an authorized dealer of several brands we claim the tires on behalf of our customer and will send defective tires to our Distributors then to the manufacturer for the claim and the manufacturer will make a report and if it is a manufacturing defect then the customer will get new tires.
  • DRIFT TYRES (Tyresonlinestore.com) will arrange to replace your tires if tires show manufacturing defects due to the manufacturing process.
  • Customers can claim the warranty only if they have purchased and fitted the tires with DRIFT TYRES (Tyresonlinestore.com) and an Installer member.
  • The amount of tread depth at the time the claim is examined by a Drift Tires Technician or Distributor or the manufacturer’s representative will be used to determine tire replacement and/or credit.
  • There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those provided by the makers, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

Warranty Eligibility

In UAE, practically all tire brands, have the same warranty eligibility conditions. Any tire that customers consider to be defective will be examined by the Drift Tyres Team and then by the manufacturer’s engineers. If they detect an actual problem on their end, as per the warranty terms, it will be replaced on a pro-rata wear basis. The amount of compensation paid to the customer (for the tire) is determined by the percentage of tread wear. One thing to keep in mind is that the warranty is only valid for the first owner and is not transferable. Any tampered tire/tube with a distorted serial number, ply rating, tire size, etc. will be ineligible for warranty. Exclusions In Warranty – What are the things not covered in the Warranty?

  • Due to rough/inappropriate use or storage, the tire/tube has been damaged.
  • During the warranty period, the tire/tube has been repaired or recapped
  • Tire/tube damage can occur as a result of a car collision or vehicle mechanical failure.
  • Exposed tread wear indicators (TWI) with a depth of 1.6 mm
  • Use of an incorrect tire/tube size and/or specification.
  • Tire/tube damage can occur as a result of a car collision or vehicle mechanical failure.
  • Tyres that have been shared or put on vehicles other than the one to which they were originally fitted.
  • Wheel alignment, wheel imbalance, damaged shockers/brakes, poor inflation, overloading, and other factors can cause damage. Improper mounting or dismounting, tire modification.
  • Tampering, running flat, and other mistreatment are examples of other damages.
  • Puncture, cut, impact damage, bruise, stone piercing, and bulging are all examples of roadside damage.
  • The sidewall warranty is another crucial component that cannot be claimed under the guarantee and that few people are aware of. The tread portion of the tire is covered by the warranty, but not the side wall. There have been numerous instances where a consumer has approached a tire manufacturer with a sidewall injury and been told that the sidewall is not covered under the tire guarantee.
  • If the tire becomes unserviceable due to the warranty conditions, the consumer must take the tire to our sales/service office. A member of our company’s official technical team will inspect the tire that has been deposited.
  • The company sends the inspection details and results through email or SMS to the email address or mobile phone supplied during the damaged product deposit.
  • In case the tire on which the warranty claim is made gets rejected by the company, the consumer has to collect it within 21 days of intimation of rejection. If not collected within the stipulated time the product is disposed of by the company, for which it is not liable. So, make sure to collect the tire from our outlet soon after the intimation.
